  • Official distribution and sale of Seabob watercrafts and accessories.

Each of these services may be subject to separate contracts or charter agreements, which will define the specific terms, conditions, and liabilities related to the transaction.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings and service requests are subject to availability and written confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Canados St Barth and receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

Payment terms (deposit percentage, final payment, accepted payment methods, and due dates) are specified in each individual charter, service order, or purchase agreement.
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) or U.S. Dollars (USD), depending on the service, and may include or exclude applicable taxes.

Cancellations, Deposits

and Refunds

To confirm your reservation on rental boats, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance is due one week before your day boat.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than two weeks before departure: the deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Two weeks or less before departure: the deposit is non-refundable.

  • One week or less before departure: the full balance is due and non-refundable.

In case of force majeure (including but not limited to hurricanes, technical failure, or port restrictions), Canados St Barth may offer a rebooking or partial refund at its discretion.

For product sales (e.g., Yachts, Seabob units, etc), all cancellations or returns are subject to the terms of the individual sales contract and warranty policy.

Liability

Canados St Barth makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free.

We are not liable for:

  • Temporary unavailability or technical issues with the website.

  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site.

  • Third-party links or external booking platforms (e.g., Yachtfolio).

  • Delays or damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, shipping delays, mechanical issues, acts of nature).

In any case, Canados St Barth’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the related service or product.

Insurance and Safety

All yachts offered by Canados St Barth are properly insured and comply with applicable maritime safety regulations.

Clients and passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have personal travel and medical insurance covering marine activities.
All guests must follow the captain’s and crew’s safety instructions at all times.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund.

Personal Data and Privacy

Canados St Barth respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the personal information necessary to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, process sales, and provide services.
Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required to complete a booking, fulfill an order, or comply with legal obligations.
