To increase Stability, the entire Superstructure of the 888 Evo is Made of Kevlar/Aramat

Very few designs can claim to offer in a unique package the most modern amenities and pure elegance. The Canados 888 Evo is a concentrate of the two. The countless features of the 888 Evo are too many to list, so let’s just mention a few. She comes with the largest fly-bridge in the category, floor to ceiling side windows, foredeck dinette and sun pad, cut down transom offering the largest aft deck in her size range. But let’s also talk about what can’t been seen. To increase stability, the entire superstructure of the 888 Evo is made of Kevlar/Aramat, lowering the barycenter. The stepped hull helps ventilating the propellers. The boat goes on plane quicker. With twin low maintenance Caterpillar C32 Acert, she can cruise all day at 27 knots and top 32 knots.

The state-of-the-art galley by world-class Boffi ® is all equipped with Miele ® Marine appliances. To facilitate provisioning and allow the crew to move without interfering with guests, the galley comes with a side pantographic door.
The master cabin is a true suite with its corner saloon, vanity and frigo bar. The entire upholstery, as part of the standard, is made of premium Italian leather with double saddle stitching. Aft of the headboard is located in the walk-in wardrobe equipped with shoe racks, and on the opposite side, the bathroom includes a custom-made marble sink and shower. They offer additional sound buffing between the technical space and the master suite night zone. The side Canados signature horizontal portholes offer stunning views. The VIP cabin located fore is not impacted by the noise of the chop on the hull when at anchor as she is located aft of the crew accommodation. The two twin guest cabins are suitable for children as well as adults. They can both be equipped with an additional Pullman bed for those who need more sleeping capacity.

The exterior spaces of the 888 Evo have been carefully designed and thought-out to maximize enjoyment at sea. The aft deck is literally a terrace above the water. The side passageways are wide and the cut down bulwarks in the center protected by elegant stainless-steel handrails offer unobstructed view of the water from the saloon. The entire layout of the fly-bridge is left to owner’s choice. The loose furniture concept allows for exceptional flexibility in layout and style. The fly-bridge is with no doubt a key element of a yacht. Thus, we maximized the usable space and the ease of circulation. For instance, we opted for a reversed windshield that not only offers more wind deflection at any planning speed, but also allows to install oversized sun pads in front of the helm station. The standard carbon fiber hard top can be equipped with an electrically controlled opening system.

Among other standard features we offer, which you will never find with another builder, the entire boat is painted, hull, and superstructure. As a result, clients have an unlimited choice of colors and personalization. Paint offers much better aging than the conventional gelcoat offered by our competitors.
The foredeck dinette is comfortable even when cruising, thanks to the increased safety provided by the structural bulwark. Kids will be able to move back and forth in total safety even during navigation. The aft deck, with the accordion glass door, literally melts into the main saloon. As a result, the living space and circulation are just perfect. Even seated in the saloon, the unobstructed view of the sea is breathtaking. The curved glass participates in giving an increased feeling of volume. But again, at Canados, we never build boats on stock, we build each boat with its future owner, to his own taste.
